Nollywood Actor, J.T. Tom West Dies

Nollywood star actor, JT Tom West, is dead. P.M.News gathered this morning that the popular actor died last night at the General Hospital, Lagos after a brief illness. The Interim National President of the Actors’ Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Hakeem Rahman, confirmed the sad news, but said the cause of his death is yet unknown.

“Yes, JT Tom West is dead. Keppy Ekpeyong and I have visited the general hospital where he died. It’s very sad that we have lost another vibrant and talented actor,” he said. JT Tom West rose to stardom with the now rested soap opera, Fortunes, produced by Charles Owoyemi. Apart from his acting skills, Tom West was also a musician. He had a musical group and did a commercial for NTA 2 Channel 5 entitled Your Reach Out Station.
