Plans are underway to  sanction top  actors, Emeka Ike and Jim Iyke, following the way the two have been washing their dirty linens on the pages of some journals. According to mimis some top shots of the Actors Guild of Nigeria gathered informally and started tinkering with the idea, in order to forestall any attitude that would bring disrepute to the acting profession.

The prolonged imbroglio which has revolved around sexual encounters with a certain lady named Ruth, has had the two top actors pointing accusing fingers at each other for weeks now.

In a bid to prove their innocence, the twosome has been granting interviews to explain the roles they played in the saga and the development is said to have infuriated the AGN top shots who feel that the continued attention the issue is getting may rub off negatively on the industry.
