Chinedu Ikedieze (Aki) Weds Soon
Chinedu Ikedieze and Osita Iheme (Aki and Pawpaw) need no introduction. The
diminutive duo. whose mischief in “Aki na Ukwa,” a comedy movie, not only
brought them fame and fortune, but rebaptised them as ‘Aki and Pawpaw’.
The demand for this duo in the Nigerian movie industry increased after the
success of the comedy, “Aki na Ukwa,” a lot of financiers started looking at
comedy through their eyes and they have done over 40 comedy movies since
then.
It was gathered that within the short period they reigned, they pocketed
princely artiste fees running into hundreds of thousands of naira and they
have travelled to many countries of the world including Europe and America.
Meanwhile, information reaching us states that Chinedu Ikedieze (Aki) the
older of the duo has decided to take the bull by the horn and put doubting
Thomases to shame as he has decided to wack down the Isle with his
sweetheart soon.
Chinedu, who recently celebrated his birthday in grandiose at Q’s Nite Club,
Allen Avenue, Ikeja used the occasion to officially introduce Nkechi, his
heartthrob of many years to all and sundry.
Fair skinned, elegant and beautiful Nkechi had a swell time of her life as
she danced and beamed all through the night. In fact, a guest confessed
that: “Aki may be small but sure had a good eye for big things.”
Chinedu, a graduate of the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT),
Enugu, informed the guest that although, the wedding ceremony would be very
soon, the date has not been fixed.
